Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PT Manager. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Using PT Manager
You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity in your organization workspace and for the people you authorize to use it.
Client information
You are responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, and lawful basis required to enter or import client, trainer, wellness, scheduling, and payment information. Do not use PT Manager for emergency services or as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Connected services
If you connect Google Drive or another third-party service, your use of that service remains governed by its terms. You authorize PT Manager to access selected data only as needed to provide the requested integration and may disconnect it at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate another person's rights, or use the service to break applicable law.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, limits, renewal periods, and applicable taxes are presented when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant PT Manager the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information solely to operate and improve the service and provide requested features.
Our service
PT Manager and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, address security issues, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. Beta and AI-assisted features may produce incomplete or incorrect results and must be reviewed by an authorized user.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. PT Manager is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by unauthorized or improper use of an account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
