Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PT Manager (“PT Manager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when organizations and their authorized users use ptmanagers.com and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account and organization details, client and trainer records entered by authorized users, scheduling and package information, uploaded migration files, support communications, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant workspaces, schedule sessions, manage packages, perform user-requested imports, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Google Drive data
When an organization administrator connects Google Drive, PT Manager requests access only to files the administrator selects or creates for use with PT Manager. We use those files solely to perform the requested migration or import. Selected file contents may be processed by contracted infrastructure and AI service providers only to deliver that requested feature. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Google API Limited Use
PT Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and processors
We disclose information only to service providers needed for hosting, authentication, file processing, AI-assisted extraction, email, security, and support; when required by law; or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Tenant data is logically separated by organization. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and encrypted storage for Google OAuth credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the data.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. Administrators can disconnect Google Drive from the Migration page, which removes the stored connection. To request deletion of an account or associated data, contact us using the link below.
Your choices
You may access or correct workspace information through the service, disconnect Google Drive, or ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations.
Children
PT Manager is a business service and is not directed to children. Workspace administrators are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to enter information about their clients.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
